How does an animal communication session work?

All communicators employ different methods and styles. I like to let the conversation with your 'fur-babies' develop naturally just like a conversation I would have with a human. While I ask the questions you want me to ask, I am not one to pepper them as if they were being interviewed. I like to develop a relationship with them.

All animals have their own unique personalities. Some are more shy than others, and others jump in and start gabbing before I barely get a chance to introduce myself. (Sort of like me at the line in the grocery store.) ;)

Before I speak with both you and your animal, I request you email me the following:

• If the animal is living: name, description of your pet (a photo is even better,) gender, location, age, and a short prioritiezed list of questions you'd like to ask your pet, or would like to tell you pet.
• Other human and animal family members your pet lives with
• If your pet is in spirit: all of the relevant information above, as well as age at death, as well as date, location (ie: city, state) and cause of death
• Additionally, I will request your contact information: name, mailing address, email & phone number. (These will be kept strictly private.)
• I also ask that in emailing or talking to me before the session, that you don't tell me anything about your pet's personality and give me only a general idea of what you want me to talk to your pet about. When we speak, I can ask you for more information if I need it. Thanks.

Process of a consultation:

• Consultations are done over the phone or via webcam. I will initially ask what your goals and priorities are for the communication.
• Step 1: We have a short conversation over phone or webcam to find out your goals and priorities are for the communication
• Step 2: I will communicate with your animal and relay the information to you
• Step 3: I will ask the animal any follow-up questions you might have arising from the reading

I suggest you keep a paper and pen handy to jot down any notes. I also request that you, verbally, tell your pet that you have asked me to speak with him or her. You would be amazed at how much our furry family understands when we speak to them in our own language.

It's important to understand that I am not a veterinarian. If you suspect that your pet is ill or in discomfort in some way, I can certainly ask where they hurt, but it is incumbant upon you to take your pet to a qualified veterinarian.

How does an animal reiki session work?

Person to Animals Reiki/Kahi Treatments: For an animal reiki session, I will speak with your briefly about your animal's needs before the session and set up a time to meet and treat your animal. If appropriate, I may do some Kahi on the animal, which can be more focused on a specific area of the body. (Kahi is an ancient Hawaiian healing technique.)

Distant Animal Reiki Treatments: Energy knowns no bounds. Sometimes it is not possible or preferable to perform a direct treatment on the animal. In these cases, distant reiki is appropriate. We will set up a time, I will perform the treatment and will speak with you after the session. (For pricing and to order, click here.)

Animal Communication Sessions & Pricing

*Please note that I raised my prices on Jan. 1, 2010. After extensive research, I believe you, still, won't find any experienced communicator who charges less than I do for the time spent with you and your pet. My goal is to offer help for you and your pet at an affordable price.

• $35.00: 1 pet (single issue)
• $65.00: 2 pets (or 1 pet with 2 issues)
• $90.00: 3 pets (or 1-2 pets w/multiple issues)
• $110.00: In-home consultation: 1 pet (Encinitas, Cardiff, South Carlsbad area)
• $120.00: Package of 4 sessions: 1 pet

  Length of session depends on how many pets I speak with, how many issues we work on,
  and how talkative and forthcoming your animal is. It's usually about 20-30 minutes per issue.

  This doesn't mean you won't be able to ask more than one question, but rather the main issues we are
  working on with your pet. If you have trouble deciding which option is appropriate for your situation,
  please don't hesitate to call me.

Animal Reiki Sessions & Pricing

• $30.00 per 20-30 min. distant session
• $60.00 per 20-30 min. in-home session (Encinitas, Cardiff, South Carlsbad area)
• Special Price: $75.00 for 3 distant reiki sessions ($15.00 savings)
• Monthly Special: $80/month for 4 distant reiki sessions, 3 month minimum ($40.00 savings/month)

Note that length of treatment is determined by the animal.
If the animal tells me they would rather not have a treatment at that time, I will reschedule.

Caat...I just wanted to let you know what a different pony I have on my hands,
since you talked with Peppy. I rode him today, and my daughter was with me.

He was so much more friendly, and open to snuggling. He seemed 100% more relaxed with us. We both rode him, and after my ride, he reached over and LICKED the back of my daughter's neck! We laughed so hard....what a funny guy.
